2012 Grievance Committee

Term Length: Three Years

This committee has nine (9) positions. Each position is appointed for a three (3) year term with three (3) positions expiring each year. Committee members must be active REALTOR member for the past two (2) years to be eligible to serve on the Grievance Committee. Appointed members musts attend a Board approved Professional Standards Training program. Only one person from a company may be appointed to the Grievance Committee. Members will be appointed to the Professional Standards committee for a three (3) year term at the end of their Grievance Committee term.

The Grievance Committee reviews complaints alleging Code of Ethics violations and requests for arbitrations, forwarding cases to the Professional Standards Committee for hearings. There are nine positions, each appointed for a three-year term. Members must be an active REALTOR member for two years to be eligible to serve on the Grievance Committee. Appointed members must attend a Board approved Professional Standards Training program and be willing to serve on the Professional Standards Committee for a three-year term at the end of the Grievance Committee term.
