The National Cyber Security Alliance wants to educate you on how to keep your business safe online.
To address the cybersecurity needs of small and medium businesses, the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), has created a highly interactive workshop. Speaker Kristin Judge of the NCSA will lead this dynamic course on November 17, 2016.
The course is based on adult learning principles, allowing SMB owners and operators to apply the learnings to their situation and share findings with their peers. During each workshop, attendees will be taken through the following steps:
Understanding the assets they have that others might want to steal
Learning how to protect those assets without having to spend a lot of money or time
Detecting when something has gone wrong and how to react quickly and appropriately to make the impact as small as possible
Understanding the need to create a plan of action that can be implemented when a breach occurs
Learning what resources are needed to recover after a breach
