Nancy Bowerbank
Our business and guidelines need to reflect the current selling trends (short sales and bank sales) and our educational programs should enhance our practice. I feel a responsibility to serve the Board having benefited greatly from all the services I have used that the Board provides. I have served on the ML Committee (Member) and the Grievance Committee (Chair) and have always enjoyed working with my fellow REALTORS®. Many of you who have had transactions with me over the years know that I take my profession seriously even though I often find humor in our day-to-day activities. It would be my pleasure to serve your best interests as a member of the Board of Directors. |

Nick Lacy
Nick and his wife returned to Ann Arbor in 2003, at which time Sarah began her Residency at Mott Children’s Hospital, and Nick began working full time at the Ann Arbor YMCA as the Director of Camp Al-Gon-Quian. Since 2006, Nick has been a REALTOR with Edward Surovell REALTORS and in January of this year was promoted to a Sales Manager. He currently serves on the MLS committee. While he is not busy as a full-time REALTOR, Sales Manager, and father of 2-young kids, Nick volunteers with the Rotary Club of Ann Arbor. He chaired the tutoring committee for 3 years, and still tutors fifth graders weekly, and also mentors seniors from Stone School and helps them transition to college. Nick serves on the Board of Directors of the Ann Arbor YMCA, and chairs the Camp Al-Gon-Quian Committee. He has been an active participant in the Ann Arbor YMCA’s annual scholarship campaign, which ensures that all kids have the opportunity to go to camp regardless of their ability to pay. In 2008 and 2009, he was the chair of the Small Communities division. Nick enjoyed being on the MLS committee, and wants to increase his involvement with the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors by becoming a member of the Board of Directors. |

I am a full time REALTOR® and have been a member of the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® since 1997. I have held various management and agent positions at the Charles Reinhart Company, and have always been a hard working REALTOR®, closing 40-50 transactions per year the last several years. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor and currently reside in Ypsilanti. I have a passion for the Real Estate business and feel the public’s need for qualified REALTORS® has grown dramatically in the last several years.
I am Marian Gregor and I would like to represent you on the Board of Directors.
Nick was born and raised in Ann Arbor. After graduating from the College of Wooster in Ohio, Nick moved to St. Louis and taught high school for 4 years while his wife, Sarah, was in Med. School at Washington University. Nick taught high school World History, and coached volleyball and soccer. He also started a reading club to improve literacy scores and encourage reading for enjoyment.
Add the unique perspective and experience of a financial institution affiliate to your Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors. As a member-owned financial cooperative, all of MidWest Financial Credit Union’s lending decisions, including underwriting and servicing, are handled right here in their Ann Arbor offices. MidWest Financial is truly locally owned and locally run. And, from start to finish, Teresa understands the issues real estate professionals deal with from financing their sales to running their businesses. Teresa understands because she heads the Real Estate Lending and Servicing team at MidWest Financial and day-in and day-out makes decisions regarding underwriting, servicing even short sales and foreclosures. As a result, she understands the real estate business and profession.
