The second phase of the Ann Arbor Planning Commission's evaluation of the downtown zoning amendments begins this week. Focus groups, public events, community coffees and on-line activity is scheduled through September to engage residents, businesses, employees and downtown property owners in evaluating options for changes to the downtown zoning.
As required by Board Bylaws, the year 2014 Operating and Capital Expenditures Budgets are presented in this document for your review in advance of the budget presentation at the General Membership Meeting.
*This announcement will serve as the official notification sent in accordance with AAABoR's Bylaws, Article X, Section 8; "The Directors shall recommend a preliminary budget and shall submit a one page budget summary with a notice to each REALTOR® Member. The notice shall be submitted at least 14 days prior to the General Membership Meeting (GMM) and include date, time, and location information and an invitation for members to contact the Board Treasurer if they have any questions about the proposed budget."
