 Chet Hilll

Chet Hill, RE/MAX Platinum

Chet Hill began his real estate career in 2003 at Keller Williams and went on to become the Rookie of the year in 2004 for Keller Williams Michigan-Northern Ohio region.

In 2005 he was asked to manage the Keller Williams Ann Arbor office where he took the agent count from 119 to a high of 225 agents. He was named the team leader of the year for 2009 and presented with a black belt recruiting award from Keller Williams International.
In 2010 Chet went to California to open a Keller Williams office in Diamond Bar, California and became the General Manager for three other KW offices in southern California.

Chet returned to Michigan in 2012 and spent several months back in the field selling before being hired to manage the RE/MAX Platinum office here in Ann Arbor.

Chet has served on the Governmental Affairs Committee at the AAABoR and has always been politically active in protecting the rights of homeowners and the rights of REALTORS and looks forward to giving back to an industry that has been so good to him.

 

Dennis Boychuck

Dennis Boychuck, RE/MAX Platinum

Dennis began his real estate career in 2007 when he joined his now wife, Susan Armstrong, at Real Estate One. Dennis and Susan have been with RE/MAX Platinum in Ann Arbor since 2008. Together they were instrumental in the decision of Broker/Owner Joseph DeKroub to open a RE/MAX office here.

Dennis spent over 25 years in the Residential Building Industry in Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County as a builder and project manager for high end custom builders, Henry Landau and Richard Russell. His extensive building experience combined with his experience in the residential real estate market offer his clients a unique knowledge and perspective that provides them a pleasant selling and buying experience
Dennis currently serves on the Grievance Committee for the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors.
Dennis served on the Board of Directors for the Washtenaw Home Builders Association, as well as on the Board for the Washtenaw Remodelers Council. For over four years Dennis has been and continues to be a member of the peer group for RE/MAX Platinum which serves approximately 200 agents in four offices.

Dennis looks forward to the opportunity to give back and be an instrumental part in the continuing success of our Association.

 

 MarciaWhite

Marcia White Parker, Keller Williams Ann Arbor

Marcia began her real estate career in 1984 as an Administrative Assistant for Thornton Real Estate and in 1990 moved to Liberty Title as an Escrow Closing Officer. Later in 1990, Marcia earned her real estate sales license and worked with Spear & Associates, which was acquired by Edward Surovell Realtors. Over the years Marcia has continued to increase her education level by earning the ABR, GRI, CRS, CRB, CNE designations and the Associate Broker License. In 1997 Marcia became Broker/Partner Owner of RE/MAX Community Associates. In 2002 Marcia Joined Keller Williams as the Dexter Team Leader.

Marcia has been an active participant of the AAABoR serving on the Governmental Affairs Committee, MLS Committee, Social Committee and Golf Outing Committee. She is currently serving on the 2013 Education and MLS Committees.

Marcia is active in the community, serving in the past for Rotary International, the Chelsea Area Chamber Board of Directors (2 terms), Quiet Creek Condo Association Board Member, and Parent Teacher Board President. Marcia is currently serving as City Councilwoman for the City of Chelsea and running for re-election this November. She continues serving on the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce as a member.

Marcia believes that the Board of Directors face the same challenges that most businesses face today. "We need a good strong budget to remain in a good position financially. Membership growth and involvement is crucial to the board sustaining that budget. In order to provide the necessary staff and services to our membership at affordable prices, we must be open to change and making good decisions on behalf of our membership."

 

 Matt White

Matt White, RE/MAX Platinum

Matt began his real estate career November 2007 and earned the 100% Club Member award his first year at RE/MAX Platinum. He then became the number one sales agent at his company in 2012.

Matt is an active member of the Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce and the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce, and participated in the 2012 Ann Arbor Relay for Life.

 Rick Taylor

Rick Taylor, the Charles Reinhart Company

Rick has been a Realtor with the Charles Reinhart Company for 12 years and has truly enjoyed real estate as a full time profession. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and 3 children. His daughter Ava is 2 ½, Ricky is 12, and his eldest son Joseph is 13. Although he loves living and selling real estate in the Ann Arbor market, the majority of his expertise lies in selling in the outlying markets of Dexter, Chelsea and other nearby communities.

Rick is the Vice President of the Chelsea Center for the Arts and the Public Relations Manager for Chelsea chapter of Rotary International. Furthermore, he served on the Grievance Committee and the Governmental Affairs Committee for the AAABoR.

"There's a large contingent of agents who work in the outlying markets, and I'm here to help provide a voice to those of you who work inside and outside the city limits of Ann Arbor."

Sara Maddock, Prudential Snyder & Company

Sara has been a Realtor with Prudential Snyder & Co. since obtaining her license in 2004. She was awarded the Rookie of the Year award at Prudential in 2005, and since then has earned the title of Fine Homes Specialist, Relocation Specialist, and is a member of the Prudential President's Circle. In addition, Sara has obtained the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation, Accredited Buyers Representative designation, EcoBroker designation, and she recently earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Sara has led training at Prudential National Conventions on Social Media Marketing, is an active member of the Ann Arbor Rotary Club, and has served on the AAABoR MLS Committee since 2010.

Sara was born and raised in Ann Arbor, attended Huron High School and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Arts in the History of Art. After graduating, Sara and her husband spent two years teaching English in Japan.

 Tim Powell

Tim Powell, the Charles Reinhart Company

Tim is a lifelong resident of Washtenaw County with over 20 years of experience in new construction, condominiums, and residential sales. Tim began his real estate career in 1991 as a sales agent, trainer and then manager with Norfolk Homes where he received the Builder Sales Person of the Year award.

Tim joined the Charles Reinhart Company in 2009 as a full time residential sales agent and earned Rookie of the Year. Tim has been a consistent member of the Reinhart Presidents Club since joining the company.

Tim is a past member of the Home Builders Association and has been a member of the AAABoR since 2001. He has served on the Board of Directors for Wellesley Gardens Condo Association since 2007, and has been the association President since 2010.

"I've had the good fortune to work with many of our area real estate agents, and it would be a great opportunity and honor to serve on the Board of Directors. It's an exciting time in this evolving and challenging market. I would like to continue to see our Board grow, prosper, and serve our members with the utmost integrity.  Todd Lands

Todd Lands, the Charles Reinhart Company

Todd was born and raised in Ann Arbor, and has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. In 2007, Todd became an Associate Broker and he continued to expand his education, earning the ABR, CSP, GRI, and SRES designations. Todd is currently working on his CRS designation and has a total of 278 hours of Continuing Education.

He has been a member of the AAABoR Governmental Affairs Committee since 2008, and has been instrumental in helping the committee meet or exceed its goals. Todd has also been a member of the Reinhart Presidents Club for many years.

"My Grandfather was a Realtor until he was 84 years old and I now know why. This is an industry where we can be gentlemen (& ladies), helping people achieve their goals of homeownership, and sleep well at night knowing we did the right thing. I feel that this vocation requires the ability to embrace change & learning, it is an important part what we do. When I started it was all in the books, now it is all on my iPhone, iPad, & Laptop; it is clear I will never be done learning new things. I look forward to serving the Board in other capacities as we move through this new decade in this new millennium."

 

 Tracey Roy

Tracey Roy, the Charles Reinhart Company

Tracey Roy is a Realtor with The Charles Reinhart Company. She was licensed in 2001 after leaving the Healthcare Industry. She was in sales for five years at the East office and awarded Rookie of the Year honors in her first year. In 2007, she moved to the Reinhart North office to become the Sales Manager and persevered through difficult market conditions. In July of 2011, Tracey left her management position joining the North office sales team and quickly transitioned back into a productive sales career.

Tracey has served in various leadership positions over the past 12 years at the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors. She was on the Education/Social Committee 2003-2005, served an interim term on the Finance Committee, has been on the MLS committee since 2009, and was the chair in 2012. Tracey participated in the task force for choosing the new MLS, is currently the Director Liaison from the MLS to the Board, and is concluding a two year term as a Director.

As an active community member, Tracey volunteers with various charitable organizations, including Elle's Place, Alpha House, Saline School Foundation, and St. Francis of Assisi Church. Tracey's enthusiasm, commitment, and forward thinking approach are strong assets evident to those that she has worked with professionally and personally.

 

 Jane Carey-13

Affiliate Member Jane Carey, Prime Lending

Jane has been in the finance and mortgage business for 28 years. She has worked for Comerica Bank, Charter One Bank and Power Source before joining Prime Lending.

Jane has been a member of the AAABoR since 1987. She has served on various committees and attended many board events throughout the years. She now wants to be a part of the next Board of Directors that will take our elite group of real estate professionals to the next level in this ever evolving industry. Jane believes the time is right in her career to start giving back. She is excited about being a representative and a voice for all of the affiliate board members.

"What I will bring to the table is my years of experience and my passion for what we do. I know I can be a driving force moving us forward while keeping the best traditions of the Board in place. I look forward to rolling up my sleeves and working for each and every one of you!"

 

 Bill Smith

Affiliate Member William Smith, Bank of Ann Arbor

William was born and raised in Ann Arbor and graduated from Pioneer High School in 1991. He has lived in Saline since 1996, where his wife grew up. They have three children; Hayden is 15, Hope is 12, and Carter is 9. William has been in various sales and marketing positions over his career and has been in banking and lending since 2004.

William is an active member of the AAABoR, serving on both the Governmental Affairs Committee and the Education Committee. He has participated in the Governmental Affairs Call Night hosted by Liberty Title to raised money for RPAC, and was a panelist for the Education Committee's Lender Panel Discussion. William also participated in the AAABoR Habitat for Humanity Landscape Day, and was the AAABoR top bowler in the 2012 RPAC Bowling Night. He is a Century Circle Member of MiRPAC, donating over $100 annually.

Community involvement is very important to William and he is actively involved with the Rotary, the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Saline's Environmental Committee, and the City of Saline's Main Street Promotions Team. William is also actively involved in his church, the Fellowship Bible Church, and he was a deacon from 2000-2012. Both William and his wife teach various youth programs and Sunday school.

William enjoys playing basketball, golf, racquetball and volleyball. However, his favorite activity is "hanging out" with his kids, whether it is going to a movie, eating out, playing a sport, or just taking a walk around town with them.
