Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley Building Houses in Guatemala

Realtor member Barbara Eichmuller and Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS Executive Officer Nancy Merdzinski recently built houses with Habitat for Humanity in Guatemala.

Habitat houses are sold to partner families and their monthly mortgage payments are used to build still more Habitat houses. Families qualify based on need, willingness to partner and their ability to repay the loan. Habitat provides "a hand up, not a hand out."
