The September 22, 2016 General Membership Meeting was a great success, thanks to all who attended and participated.

 


Board President Matt Miller of the Charles Reinhart Company led the meeting, which kicked off with announcements and a welcome to new Board members.

During the meeting, a vote for five REALTOR® seats on the Board of Directors was cast. Congratulations to the new or returning Directors: Kirk Keebler of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Snyder & Company Realtors, Todd Lands of The Charles Reinhart Company, Sara Maddock of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Snyder & Company Realtors, Kim Peoples of The Charles Reinhart Company, and Tracy Rose of Real Estate One. There was also a vote on three bylaw amendments. All three amendments passed.

Congratulations to the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year: Jodie Franklin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Snyder & Company Realtors! The award for 2016 REALTOR® of the Year was presented by the 2015 REALTOR® of the Year, Kay Merx of Real Estate One. 


Congratulations to this year's recipient of the 2016 Affiliate of the Year Award: Jeremy Shaffer of Ann Arbor State Bank! The 2016 Affiliate of the Year was announced by the 2015 Affiliate of the Year, Constance Pearson-Ramirez of Cislo Title. 

 

Alex Milshteyn, Chair of the Sales Contract Task Force, delivered an update on changes being made to the sales contract, and Treasurer Todd Lands delivered the 2017 budget presentation.

There was also a silent auction held during the meeting to raise funds for RPAC 2*.
