The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® has agreements with neighboring Associations/MLS's to Data Share (viewing access to each other's MLS) and
Access Sharing (placement of listings in each other's MLS).
AAABoR's participant-agreement with Realcomp II, Ltd -
All AAABoR member ML listings transfer over to Realcomp on a nightly basis. With a Realcomp Data Share password/login, any board member can view, search, print and email AAABoR or Realcomp listings from the Realcomp MLS.
Realcomp II, Ltd's participant-agreement with AAABoR -
Contingent on property location, a number of Realcomp Member ML listings transfer over to AAABoR on a nightly basis. With an AAABoR Data Share password/login, any Realcomp member can view, search, print and email from the MLXchange. Realcomp also shares data with the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® and those listings may be included in the AAABoR system.
Non-participating Listing / Limited MLS Listing (Guest Listings)
(a REALTOR® who is not a member of the AAABoR or who is not utilizing the participant-agreement referenced above).
AAABoR allows a non-participating REALTOR® to place listings into our MLS for a small fee. There are two (2) different types of non-participant listings as indicated above.
Note: These listings are viewable only by users of the AAABoR MLS system and do not display on any Internet sites.
