Data Sharing

AAABoR has agreements with the following Associations to provide AAABoR REALTOR members with FREE viewing access to their MLs (see Rules for Participation in MLS Data Sharing on the form):

Procedure:

1. Complete the Access Form with Broker signature.
2. Fax completed form to AAABoR
3. AAABoR verifies membership and forwards to neighboring Association
4. Neighboring Association emails password and login to requesting REALTOR®
5. Valid for 90 days
6. Renewal every 90 days; repeat the above process.
