Line 1=    [ML NUMBER]: computer assigns this  [BROKER CODE]: broker number assigned by AAABor  [LIST DATE]: when contract was signed, enter month, day and year. [EXPIRE DATE]: when contract is terminated, enter month, day, and year 

Line 2=    [ST#]: street number   [STREET NAME]: name of street [PRICE]: list price, no punctuation (200000)

Line 3=    [ZIP CODE]: zip code of property   [CITY/TOWNSHIP]: name of city or township property located in.   [SD]:  direction, if applicable   [COUNTY]: name of county in which property is located.

Line 4=    [TAX CODE]: enter tax code of property [C/T]: (C) for city, (T) for township.

Line 5=    [BETWEEN]: what streets or roads the property is located between.

Line 6=    [AREA]: map area code of property. [BUSINESS NAME]: name of business. [SQ FT BUILDING]: building square footage. [ZONE]: zone type of property (RES, AGR)         

Line 7=    [SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP]: Y or N if property is solely owned. [PARTNERSHIP]: Y or N if the business is a partnership [CORPORATION]: Y or N if the business is a corporation [LOT SIZE]: enter lot dimensions.

Line 8=    [APPROX INVENTORY $]: approximate inventory $ [LEASE $]: lease amount. [MONTHLY EXPENSE]: amount in monthly expenses [YEARLY INCOME]: year of income reported.

Line 9=    [SOURCE/OWNER]: Y or N if information provided solely by owner [SOURCE/TAX RETURN]: Y or N if information provided from tax return [SOURCE/OTHER]: Y or N if information provided from ‘other’ source. [GROSS SALES $]: gross sales $.

Line 10=  [GOODS SOLD $]: cost of goods sold $ [GROSS INCOME $]: gross income $. [LESS OPER EXPEN $]: operating expenses $.   [NET INCOME $]:  net income $.

Line 30=  [OFFICE]: broker code and telephone number of firm

Line 31=  [NAME AGENT]: name of agent  [AGENT AREA CODE]: area code of agent phone#  [AGENT PHONE]: agents phone#

Line 32=  [BUYER AGENT]: buyer agent compensation code   [SUB AGENT COMP]: compensation for Sub Agent.   [TRANSACTION COORDINATOR]:  compensation for Transaction Coordinator. (Must give a code such as P30 mean 3.0 percent OR if a dual code enter P35C25)= the C is a letter code, which means after $100,000.
