VACANT LAND LISTING FORM (dated 12/12/02)

 

Line 1=    [ML NUMBER]: computer assigns this  [BROKER CODE]: broker number assigned by AAABor  [LIST DATE]: when contract was signed, enter month, day and year. [EXPIRE DATE]: when contract is terminated, enter month, day, and year

Line 2=    [ST#]: street number   [STREET NAME]: name of street [PRICE]: list price, no punctuation (200000)

Line 3=    [ZIP CODE]: zip code of property   [CITY/TOWNSHIP]: name of city or township property located in.   [SD]:  direction, if applicable   [COUNTY]: name of county in which property is located.

Line 4=    [TAX CODE]: enter tax code of property [C/T]: (C) for city, (T) for township. [AREA]: map area code of property.

Line 5=    [BETWEEN]: what streets or roads the property is located between.

Line 6=    [ZONING]: zone type of property (Res, Agr, Cnd) [WELL 1ST AR]: Well 1st area, Y or N indicates whether or not the Health Dept. requires a well to be tested for quantity & quality before an issuance of a septic permit (consequently a building permit) [OIL/MINERAL RTS INCL]: Y or N [LEASED]: Y or N if property is leased. [REALCOMP MAP AREA]: realcomp map coordinate number, see map[MAP COORD. LETTER]:   see map.                  

Line 7=    [SIGN]: Y or N if sign is permitted [STAKE SURVEY]: answer Y or N if stakes are visible [OW TO PROVIDE SURVEY]: Y or N if a survey will be provided. [BUILDING USE]: Y or N if there are any building restrictions. [MAR COORD NO.]: see map.

Line 8=    [EL SERVICE]: Y or N if electrical service is available. [EASEMENT]: disclose any easements, if applicable. [GO W/PROP]: Y or N if lease goes with property.

Line 9=    [ELEM SCHOOL]: elementary school [BUS ELEM]: Y or N if bussing available [STATE EQ VAL]: state equalization value. [YR SEV]: year of state equalization value.

Line 10=  [JR HIGH SCHOOL]: junior high or middle school. [BUS JR HIGH]: Y or N if bussing is available. [STATE EQ VAL]: state equalization value. [YR SEV]: year of state equalization value.                

Line 11=  [HIGH SCHOOL]: high school [BUS HIGH SCHOOL]: Y or N if bussing is available. [TAX VALUE $]: tax valuation [TAX VALUE YR]: tax valuation year.

Line 12=  [LOT SIZE]: dimensions of lot. [ACRES]: acres.

Line 13= through 22  [REMARKS]: property description

Line 24&25= [OTHER]: field designated for ‘other’ information (i.e. show information, special instructions, add’l school info, etc.)

Line 26-27= [LEGAL1]: legal description (some description required, metes & bounds not acceptable)

Line 28=  [SELLER]: Seller(s) name

Line 29=  [SHOW]: showing instructions [LAKE NAME]: name of lake if applicable

Line 30=  [OFFICE]: broker code and telephone number of firm

Line 31=  [NAME AGENT]: name of agent  [AGENT AREA CODE]: area code of agent phone#  [AGENT PHONE]: agents phone#

Line 32=  [BUYER AGENT]: buyer agent compensation code   [SUB AGENT COMP]: compensation for Sub Agent.   [TRANSACTION COORDINATOR]:  compensation for Transaction Coordinator. (Must give a code such as P30 mean 3.0 percent OR if a dual code enter P35C25)= the C is a letter code, which means after $100,000.
