Viewing Privileges in Other MLS's
The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® has agreements with other MLS providers that allow AAABoR members to have viewing privileges in MLS for the following:
- Jackson Area Association of REALTORS®
- Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® (use RealComp form)
- Monroe County Association of REALTORS®
- RealComp II Ltd.
Procedure:
1. Complete the Viewing Privileges Form with Broker signature.
2. Fax completed form to AAABoR
3. AAABoR verifies membership and forwards to neighboring Association
4. Neighboring Association emails password and login to requesting REALTOR®
5. Valid for 90 days
6. Renewal every 90 days; repeat the above process.
**NOTE: Realcomp ll Ltd does not notify you on renewal.
You log-in after 48 - 72 hrs. of requesting renewal.
You will be instructed to change your password to continue.
