BRAG Ann Arbor invites AAABoR members to attend a Member Expo being held at Weber's Inn on October 1st from 11:30 – 1:30 in the Grand Ballroom. Attend the event at no charge by registering in advanced or for $15 at the door.

Join us for AAABoR Oktoberfest, a celebration of beer and good company and fundraiser for RPAC II*, on October 7 from 5 - 8 pm at the Arbor Brewing Company Brewpub!

Network with REALTOR® and Affiliate members, bring your clients, family and friends, and have some fun!

Cost: RPAC II Contribution:
$20 per person/ $25 at the door.
Includes German appetizers and drink ticket for a beer/wine of choice.

*Proceeds from the event will benefit RPAC II (REALTORS® Ballot Issue Committee). RPAC contributions are completely voluntary. Up to thirty percent of your contribution may be forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC, with sixty-five percent of the thirty percent being used for congressional advocacy campaigns, and thirty-five percent going toward federal elections. All amounts forwarded to NAR RPAC are charged against the applicable contribution limits under Federal law 2 U.S.C. 441a. Contributions from corporations or others who may not legally be solicited for RPAC may be solicited and make contributions to RPAC II (the REALTORS® Ballot Issue Committee). A copy of the federal report, filed by National RPAC with the Federal Election Commission, is available from the Federal Election Commission, Washington D.C. 20463. State reports are filed with the Michigan Secretary of State, Elections Division, Lansing, MI. Contributions or gifts to RPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Please note that cash over $20 cannot be accepted by law. AAABoR® is offering a 6-hour 2014 Continuing Education class (includes 2-hour Legal Update) on Monday, October 27, from 8:30 am - 3 pm at the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor, 179 Little Lake Drive, Ann Arbor, MI.

Join instructor Namir George, of the Michigan institute of Real Estate, for a lively course and get continuing education credits for 2014. Topic approval numbers are M1686 and M5746, Education Provider number 230.

The cost to attend is $55 for AAABoR® members and $85 for non-members.

 

 

Cancellation Policy: A fee, as follows, will be charged for any cancellation received less than 7 calendar days before the event. No refunds once class begins.

Event Fee $76 or greater: Cancellation Fee $50;

Event Fee $51 - $75: Cancellation Fee $25;

Event Fee $31 - $50: Cancellation Fee $15;

Event Fee $16 - $30: Cancellation Fee $10;

Event Fee $15 or less: Cancellation Fee: 100% of Event Fee
