Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. RPAC contributions are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal or otherwise impacting your membership rights. For individuals investing $1,000.00 or greater, up to 30% of this total investment may be forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC. All amounts forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC are charged against the applicable contribution limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.
Nothing herein shall be construed as a solicitation of contributions from non-members. RPAC may, however, receive unsolicited contributions from non-members. Contributions from corporation or others who may not legally be solicited for RPAC may be solicited and make contributions to RPAC II (the REALTORS® ballot issue committee). A copy of the federal report, filed by National RPAC with the Federal Election Commission, is available for purchase from the Federal Election Commission, Washington D.C.20463. State reports are filed with the Michigan Secretary of State, Elections Division, Lansing, Michigan.

The Washtenaw Housing Education Partners are 7 non-profit and government agencies working in partnership to bring high-quality housing education to current, former and future Washtenaw County homeowners. The Washtenaw Housing Education Partners (WHEP) program has been in existence since 2001 and has provided homebuyer education to over 1,500 potential home owners during that time.
This two-hour program orientation for lenders and REALTORS® covers the WHEP program partners and their roles, educational classes and counseling offered, current home owner assistance programs available, and the impact of WHEP.
Certified for 2 hours elective continuing education credit for real estate licensees.

Please note: Attendance is required for the duration of the course in order to earn continuing education credit. Make-ups are not permitted.

MSHDA Homeownership
The purpose of the class is to educate REALTORS® about MSHDA's loan programs, including down payment assistance and a federal tax credit. MSHDA works with banks, credit unions and mortgage companies across Michigan to offer safe, affordable mortgage loans.
