GREGORY L. McCLELLAND acts as primary outside general counsel to Michigan REALTORS®, Michigan Association of Home Builders, and as counsel for numerous local REALTOR® boards and associations. He authors a regular article in the Michigan REALTOR® and the Michigan Home Builders' Association News. He also has acted as litigation counsel for associations, developers, general contractors, owners, and businesses for the past 30 years in state and federal courts and has testified as an expert witness with respect to real estate and business practices and litigation. Mr. McClelland is listed in Best Lawyers In America in Construction Law and Real Estate Law and Real Estate Law and Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named Mr. McClelland the "Lansing Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year" for 2011. He was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to its Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions in 2006. Mr. McClelland received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois in 1978 and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972.

Board Policy 5.3 States, "A fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than one week before the class begins. NO REFUNDS will be given once a class begins." The cancellation fee (for cancellations received less than 7 calendar days before the event) is $15 for members ($10 for non-members).
