The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® is cosponsoring (with the Michigan Realtors®) the GRI I course (equivalent to Broker Prep) in Ann Arbor this March. This course is one of three leading to the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation (GRI II and GRI III will be offered next fall/winter in Ann Arbor).
GRI-I, taught by instructor Jack Waller, is approved for 30 hours broker license credit and three hours towards Civil Rights. This four-day course is on March 6, 7, 13 and 14 from 8 am - 5 pm (all days) at the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor, 179 Little Lake Drive, Ann Arbor, MI, 48103.
Participants will pay a $100 deposit/registration fee. $75 will be refunded once the course is completed. Registration deadline is Monday, February 27. Seats are limited and are held with payment.
