MANAGING SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS

Panelists will share tips and strategies for REALTORS® related to the various lending and title insurance aspects of the transaction. As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know. Learning from these industry insiders could be the key to your next deal!

Saline Pub Crawl and RPAC II Fundraiser

Gather with your REALTOR® and Affiliate friends at some Saline favorites for mixing, mingling and food and drink!

The Pub Crawl will visit the following venues in Saline:

Meet at 5:00 p.m. at Brecon Grill, 101 West Michigan Avenue, Saline

Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack, 104 E. Michigan Ave, Saline

End at: Dan’s Downtown Tavern 103 E Michigan Ave, Saline

Each registration includes food and/or beverage at each location. 100% of the admission fee goes to RPAC II. RPAC II (REALTORS® Ballot Issue Committee) funds go to fight for issues, such as the protection of private property rights.

This full-day seminar will help prepare those seeking a broker’s license for the required exam. Registration fee includes comprehensive book. Laws covered on the exam will be discussed in depth. Note - This prep course DOES NOT count toward the 90 hours of qualifying education required to apply for a broker’s license.

*Board Policy 5.3 States, "A fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than one week before class begins. NO REFUNDS will be given once a class begins." Cancellation Fee (for cancellations received less than 7 calendar days before the event): $ 25.
