AAABoR is hosting a New Construction Seminar on Wednesday, June 11, from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, 1819 South Wagner Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48106-1406.
 
Presenters Betsy de Parry, Ann Arbor Builders, Inc., Andrew Kudwa, GreenStone Farm Credit Services, Christy Perros, Absolute Title, Inc., and Jeremy Shaffer, Ann Arbor State Bank, will provide answers to the questions surrounding new construction, so you can successfully assist clients with this home-purchasing option. Learn the role of and benefits to REALTORs and how all parties work together to serve the client.
